Sewing Program- Curso de Costura

Beginning in the fall of 2019, members of Christ the King Parish in Little Rock began partnering with members of St. Theresa Parish to offer sewing classes to members of the Spanish-speaking community. The classes are held at St. Theresa and are conducted by members of both Christ the King and St. Theresa. The goal is to help ladies of our Spanish-speaking community to learn how to sew both for themselves and their families but also for the possibility of making and selling products in order to earn income for themselves and their families.

 A partir del Otoño de 2019, los miembros de la Parroquia Christ the King en Little Rock comenzaron a asociarse con miembros de la Parroquia St. Theresa para ofrecer clases de costura a miembros de la comunidad de habla hispana. Las clases se imparten en Santa Teresa y son dirigidas por miembros de Cristo Rey y Santa Teresa. El objetivo es ayudar a las damas de nuestra comunidad de habla hispana a aprender a coser tanto para ellas como para sus familias, pero también para la posibilidad de fabricar y vender productos para obtener ingresos para ellas y sus familias.
